Return Policy

If you are using our eCommerce store products, the parcel can be returned within three days of delivery only if it is damaged during transit. You need to provide the receipt of the parcel too. As stated above, we are spiritual healers and not professional consultants. So, if you do not want to avail of our services, you must cancel it within 48 hours of booking your appointment. In rare circumstances, it can be rescheduled by following the same procedure. Money is returned only if our healers do not provide services.
